Nia Reeves
Nia is a Chicago native with a natural gift for connecting with others and creating spaces where people feel seen and supported. Known for her positive, light energy, she brings warmth and intention to every environment she enters.
Her professional background spans a range of people-centered roles — including Youth Development Instructor, Research Interviewer, Lead Program Facilitator, Registered Behavior Technician, and most recently Senior Engagement Associate for an impactful Community Engagement team. In this role, she led key programs focused on youth employment and college success, helping to bridge opportunity gaps and foster long-term growth in young people’s lives.
Outside of work, Nia prioritizes self-care and believes in romanticizing everyday life — finding joy and purpose beyond the 9-to-5. She’s a lifelong learner who values both formal education and the informal lessons gained through lived experience.
Organized, driven, and reflective, Nia is committed to building a career that centers people, growth, empowerment, and wellness.
“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.”
