Recently the Senior Engagement Associate with Girls Inc. of Chicago, Nia served as a connector between young people and the opportunities that help them grow. Whether it’s recruiting candidates for the youth employment program, matching college students with mentors or honing in on data-driven results, Nia focused on creating meaningful experiences that empower participants to take the next step in their journey.
Outside of her professional work, Nia is an active member of Elite 23 International, Inc.—an organization dedicated to fostering sisterhood, leadership, and personal development. Through this network, she supports initiatives that uplift young girls by providing exposure to new experiences, building self-esteem, and nurturing their confidence and potential. Her involvement reflects a continued commitment to mentorship and community empowerment.
